Deerghayushman, a growing healthcare support provider, is seeking passionate and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. We currently have openings for one male and one female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Marketing or Hospital Management/Operations. As a Business Development Executive at Deerghayushman, your key responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation activities, and representing Deerghayushman at health events, community outreach programs, and networking platforms. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of services, preparation and presentation of business proposals, reports, and performance updates are also integral parts of this role. To be eligible for this position, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing or hospital management. Additionally, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
