Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition: Lead Generation & Acquisition: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy to identify and attract potential franchise owners.Manage the entire acquisition funnel, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.Leverage multiple channels (digital, networking, referrals, etc.) to reach potential franchisees.Onboarding New Franchisees: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring each store is set up for success.Successfully onboard a minimum of 50 new franchise locations per month.Provide training, resources, and support to new franchise owners to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or in managing franchise programs within the food, retail, or logistics industries.Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Graduation degree.Experience in Channel Sales or Franchise Sales
