Job Description


This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role at our Indore location, focused on Upwork and Freelancer platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and bidding on relevant projects, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a strong pipeline of potential opportunities. You will collaborate with teams to prepare project proposals, negotiate budgets, and ensure timely delivery of client requirements. An integral part of the role will be market research to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience with platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer, with skills in project bidding and client communication
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, market research, and lead generation
  • Ability to create impactful presentations and proposals for clients
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and business negotiation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in IT/software services business development is highly advantageous
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
