Key Accountabilities:
* Building & maintaining good relationships with the retailers & mechanics in the assigned
territory
* Growing #Outlets billed (Numeric Distribution)
* Meeting Secondary Volumes & Collection targets
* Range Selling, Outlet throughput
* Creating New outlets (NBAs), Reactivating inactive outlets
Responsibilities:
1. Grow and achieve numeric distribution targets i.e. no. of unique outlets billed as per monthly
plan
2. Achieve outlet-wise weekly secondary sales volume (distributor to retailer/workshop) &
collections to meet monthly targets
3. Communicate Mobil Product benefits & Marketing offers to retailers/independent
workshops (IWS) to gain and grow volume share from the outlet
4. Increase outlet through-put / lines per dealer by focusing on selling full range of Mobil
products in the outlet, esp. focus products
5. Follow fixed-day, fixed route beat plans to ensure proper coverage to all outlets in the
territory
6. Build and maintain good relationship with retailers & independent workshop mechanics
(IWS)
7. Visit new outlets to build relationship and place Mobil products
8. Coordinate with Trade Promoters to get demand generation activities done in new outlets /
existing outlets to expand share or support new product launch
9. Conduct regular merchandizing at the outlet to improve visibility of Mobil products
10. Support in conducting periodic initiatives i.e. Market Storming, booster offers, focus
products drive etc.
11. Use DMS mobile app for capturing check-in / check-out, sales volume & collections at each
outlet
Requirements:
* Minimum 12th Pass, bachelors degree an advantage
* Min. 2-3 years of experience in secondary sales & collections profile in lubricants or allied
industries (Auto Spare parts, batteries, tyres)
* Adept in local language
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Must have bike and valid driving license
