Job Summary:

Seeking a technically smart, highly motivated SaaS Sales Specialist to drive business growth across Indian clients as well as international markets. The ideal candidate will excel in B2B SaaS sales, be adept at handling client calls from India and global regions, and ready to close high-value deals through consultative engagement. Key international regions include the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) and APAC.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close B2B sales opportunities for SaaS solutions targeting Indian clients as well as international regions (particularly the Middle East, APAC, and other global markets).
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and virtual/in-person meetings for clients in India and overseas.
  • Lead full sales cycle activities: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and client communications in CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across domestic and international geographies.
  • Forge and nurture long-term business relationships with key decision-makers both in India and internationally.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver superior client experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest SaaS trends, competitor strategies, and global market insights. Provide on-call/off-hours support as part of a rotational schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 23 years of proven experience in SaaS/IT/software sales, including direct experience in serving Indian and international B2B clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent English communication skills and the ability to interact with global clients; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding of SaaS business models, subscription solutions, and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience working with leading CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and proactive approach to business development across multiple regions.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to verticals such as field service or blue-collar workforce.
  • Experience expanding SaaS product adoption in both Indian and international markets.
  • Understanding of global sales compliance and cross-cultural business practices.
