Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our core Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh MBA (Marketing) graduate to grow with us by working on market expansion, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies, using the latest tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients in automotive and EV segments.
Support in creating marketing materials, presentations, and proposals using tools like Canva.
Draft business communication emails, LinkedIn messages, and proposals with clarity and professionalism.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for generating content, researching trends, and enhancing marketing efforts.
Maintain CRM and databases of prospects and client communication.
Coordinate with internal departments to support RFQ handling and customer follow-ups.
Assist in preparing monthly reports and dashboards for business review.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: B. Tech Mechanical / MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome)
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet, etc.).
Hands-on experience or knowledge of AI tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
