Business Development Executive- Pune(Onsite)

Your main role will be to support the sales team in executing sales strategies to generate business from various colleges and universities. **Job Responsibilities:** - Assist the senior in day-to-day sales activities such as managing sales schedules, filing important documents, and writing Minutes of the Meetings. - Support the sales team in generating new business through activities like cold calling, arranging meetings, identifying prospects, finding educational events, responsible for collections, and keeping the team updated. - Provide solutions to client queries, offer after-sales support, and respond to client complaints when necessary. - Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients. - Contribute to overall client satisfaction by promptly responding to client communication. - Anticipate and inform clients of any delays or issues in coordination with the backend team. - Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages in the absence of seniors. **Requirement:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong coordination skills. - Team player with high energy, dedication, and a learning attitude. - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets. - Experience in conducting online meetings through tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. - Must have access to either a car or a 2-wheeler for local coverage in Pune. - Education qualification: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Positive and growth mindset.
