Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls daily to prospective businesses across various industries.
  
• Introduce and pitch digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and email marketing.
  
• Identify and qualify leads, understand business needs, and present tailored solutions.
  
• Set up meetings or demos for the senior sales or digital strategy team.
  
• Manage lead funnel and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).
  
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them toward conversion.
  
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align campaign offerings with client needs.
  
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, qualified leads, and onboarding new clients.
  
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitor offerings.
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound business development (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).
  
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is a strong plus.
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
  
• Experience using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  
• Self-driven, resilient, and target-focused.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
