Job Summary

AI Developer / Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train machine learning or deep learning models.
  
• Work with large datasets: preprocessing, cleaning, labeling, and augmentation.
  
• Evaluate models using appropriate metrics and iterate on improvements.
  
• Deploy and maintain models in production (using APIs or integrated into apps).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, libraries, and best practices.
  
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.).
  
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
  
• Familiarity with model evaluation techniques (e.g., cross-validation, confusion matrix, ROC-AUC).
  
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI (LLMs, GANs).
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Experience with ML Ops tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
  
• Knowledge of APIs, Flask/FastAPI, and Docker for deployment.
  
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or personal GitHub portfolio.
