Artificial Intelligence Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop intelligent automation solutions using agentic frameworks
• Integrate generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Utilize Python and various LLMs (open-source & closed-source) for scalable automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of deployed solutions.
• Stay updated with latest trends in agentic automation, generative AI, and LLM technologies.

Required Skills:

• Expert Python programming skills.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries: LangChain, LangGraph, Transformers, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Worked with closed-source LLMs (OpenAI/Gemini etc.).
• Build and deploy RAG pipelines for automation tasks.
• Experience with SQL and Vector database.
• Prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLM models.
• Worked with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
• Containerization and orchestration knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in working with Linux (Ubuntu) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and quick learner of emerging technologies.
• 2 to 5 years in AI/ML, generative AI, or automation development.
• Hands-on experience with python and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Proven record building and deploying RAG-based solutions.
• Working knowledge of both open-source and closed-source LLMs.
• Experience in production AI/automation tool deployment.
• Exposure to CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment best practices.
