The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified professionals across various domains. This position requires working during US business hours (night shift in India) and involves direct calling and communication with candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and other sourcing strategies. Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Negotiate salaries and terms of employment with candidates. Prepare and maintain candidate records and update internal databases (ATS/CRM). Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets. Ensure compliance with client requirements and US labor laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with US staffing processes and terminology is a plus.
