The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified professionals across various domains. This position requires working during US business hours (night shift in India) and involves direct calling and communication with candidates. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and other sourcing strategies. Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for client requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
