Job Description

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation

    • Map the territory s industrial areas, SME clusters, e commerce sellers, manufacturers, and traders.
    • Generate leads via field visits, tele prospecting, references, industry associations and local marketing.
  2. Sales & Account Onboarding

    • Pitch ARC service offerings (door pickup, linehaul, part load/LTL, full truck/FTL where applicable, time bound delivery, warehousing, COD, to pay/billing options).
    • Conduct rate discovery, propose tariffs, negotiate, and close.
    • Complete KYC, credit application (where applicable), and ensure smooth first shipment onboarding.
  3. Account Management & Growth

    • Achieve monthly revenue, shipment volume, and margin targets.
    • Drive

      lane development

      to and from key origins/destinations; upsell value added services (POD, insurance, express, packaging).
    • Coordinate with operations for pickup scheduling, delivery SLAs, and POD turnaround; proactively resolve exceptions.
  4. Collections & Compliance

    • Track dues for credit accounts; follow up for on time collections in line with company policy.
    • Maintain CRM hygiene: daily visit reports, funnel stages, forecasts and competitor intelligence.
  5. Market Intelligence

    • Track competitor rates, service gaps, and customer pain points; provide structured feedback to pricing and operations.
Candidate Profile
  • Education:

    Any graduate; MBA/PGDM (Sales/Marketing/Logistics) preferred.
  • Experience:

    1 2 years in

    logistics / transportation / courier / express

    sales or B2B field sales with strong hunting mindset.
  • Skills:

    Territory mapping, solution selling, negotiation, basic pricing math, CRM usage, MS Excel, stakeholder coordination.
  • Other:

    Two wheeler with valid DL preferred; willingness for daily field travel
