• Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities
in the geography assigned.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business & Follow the
various internal guidelines and procedures of the Company.
• Responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers.
• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform
independently and Travel to different locations to make sales calls.
• Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing,
implementing, and evaluating advertising and trade promotion programs;
developing field sales action plans.
• Identify Sales Promotion Agents, train Sales Promotion Agents & their
resources, building brand across new markets through exhibitions, mass
communication & acquiring new customers from Educational institutions.
• Continuous effort in retaining the business interest of existing Sales
promotion agents.
• Support Customer retention plan - especially the KEY customers. Plan,
conduct & organize: Sales Promotion Agents meet, trade meets, exhibitions
& conduct awareness meets in both existing & new markets.
