Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Client Acquisition:

  Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the recruitment space, including companies with ongoing or anticipated hiring needs.

• Relationship Building:

  Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their specific recruitment requirements, and building trust.

• Sales Strategy:

  Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new clients and expand the consultancy's business.

• Needs Assessment:

  Collaborating with clients to understand their talent requirements, including job descriptions, required skills, and company culture.

• Presentations and Proposals:

  Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the consultancy's capabilities and value proposition.

• Contract Negotiation:

  Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• CRM Management:

  Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

• Market Awareness:

  Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with recruitment consultants and other team members to ensure a seamless and successful recruitment process for clients.

• Meeting Targets:

  Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives set by the consultancy
