Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with clients, generating new business leads, delivering technical presentations, and cross-selling a range of services. This position requires a strong understanding of engineering concepts combined with excellent sales and communication skills to drive the growth of Chemcleanzios services. Key Responsibilities: **Client Meetings & Relationship Building:** - Actively engage with potential clients through meetings, phone calls, and email communication. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Understand client requirements and present customized solutions based on the companys portfolio. **Lead Generation & Sales:** - Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events. - Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities, focusing on key sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, and other industrial markets. - Develop and execute a strategy for expanding the company’s market share within the industrial services sector. **Presentations & Proposals:** - Deliver engaging technical and business presentations to potential clients, showcasing Chemcleanzio’s services, including hydrocarbon decontamination, catalyst loading/unloading, and online cleaning technologies. - Prepare and submit detailed proposals, quotations, and bids tailored to client needs, highlighting the value proposition of Chemcleanzio’s offerings. - Follow up on proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively. **Cross-selling & Up-selling:** - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional services to existing clients. - Work closely with other departments (technical, operations, marketing) to ensure the successful delivery of services. **Market Research & Competitive Analysis:** - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Use industry insights to develop targeted business strategies that align with Chemcleanzio’s goals. **Client Feedback & Service Improvement:** - Collect and analyze client feedback to ensure service delivery meets expectations. - Collaborate with the operations team to address any service-related issues or improvements based on client input. **Reporting & Documentation:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, proposals, and contract details. - Provide regular reports to senior management on business development performance, sales pipeline, and project status. Skills & Qualifications: **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related fields). **Experience:** 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the industrial services sector (preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or engineering services). **Skills:** - Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering concepts. - Proven experience in client meetings, presentations, and business development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to generate and follow up on leads and convert them into business. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Personal Attributes: - Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently. - Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a professional manner. - Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
