Job Role: Business Development Executive About Us: At CAXSOL INDIA Pvt. This is how you will grow: Regular coordination with the sales management, key account managers, and the technical department. Analysis of the current service portfolio and future service portfolios, as well as reference projects. Analysis of the corporate strategy to generate the basis of sales activities. Development of a sales strategy. Identification and development of further market-relevant & strategic fields based on current and future market requirements. Analysis of potential customers based on the company's current and future service portfolio. Independent acquisition of new customers and building customer relationships through suitable methods, events and tools, e.g. through lead generation, inventory contacts/network, trade shows, follow-ups, or cold calling. This includes, among other things: Initial communication with potential customers Contact via intensive sales approach via suitable communication channels such as e.g. Phone, social media, email, etc. Professional and technically experienced initial communication with potential customers Lead & appointment generation via suitable tools, events & activities. This includes the coordination and organization of appointments. Preparation of the technical appointments: e.g. briefing on product portfolio pot. Customer, Demand, Pricing, etc. Implementation of the appointments Follow-up of appointments Support in requirements analysis, proposal preparation, presentation & negotiation. Establishment and maintenance of existing and future customer relationships, including regular communication, feedback meetings and support Conducting product demos, presentations and events for our customers Preparation of management reports This will help us move forward: Successfully completed technical/business studies or comparable qualification alternatively a commercial apprenticeship Several years of professional experience in the field of sales or comparable B2B experience Product and industry knowledge and technological expertise in the field of connected services or IT Knowledge of relevant IT tools (MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, SAP) Communication skills, confident appearance and a high degree of initiative A high degree of goal-oriented, customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting What We Offer: CAXSOL is committed to fostering talent and offering exceptional career development opportunities in an innovative and collaborative environment.
