As a partner of Network in Action USA (World’s #2 Business Networking Company), Beyond Red Ocean Consulting is bringing in a Networking Revolution in West Bengal.

Beyond Red Ocean Consulting headquartered in Mumbai has a significant Business operations in Kolkata and currently operates from a Home-Office in Southern Avenue

Job Description:

  • Be a member of the Sales team to help increase the Client Base and Revenue for both the Network in Action Business of Beyond Red Ocean Consulting.
  • Take complete responsibility from Lead Generation to Closure through consistent engagement with potential clients.
  • New Database generation and management using the CRM platform
  • Regular emailer management
  • Organise Seminars/Webinars for prospective clients – ensure at least 25 Entrepreneurs from the target audience in the room.
  • Attending and Representing Beyond Red Ocean Consulting in Networking and Business Forum.
  • Identifying Industry Associations for memberships and speaking slots.

Who can apply?

· 6-8 Years’ experience in a Business Development/Sales Role in Service Industry

· Should be Revenue driven

· Edtech Consulting or Hospitality Industry preferred

· Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills

· Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply

· Should be willing to travel for client meetings and seminars in Kolkata and outside.

· Knowledge of CRM software would be handy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Cold calling: 2 years (Preferred)

  • English , Hindi, Bengali (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
