Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present company services and solutions to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience/Knowledge in Upwork & Freelancer Bidding.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and online lead generation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of digital marketing, web development, or software solutions.
