Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This individual will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create strategies that expand the company’s market presence. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of client requirements. Monitor and report on performance against KPIs and objectives.
