Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle lead prospecting and respond to inquiries via email, calls, and referrals.
  • Submit offers related to spare parts requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries, bookings, collections, sales, trial materials, and layout approvals.
  • Follow up with clients on pending offers and ensure payments are received.
  • Prepare Work Orders (WO), Sales Orders (SO), and manage full documentation for internal order processing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for dispatch documentation and timely processing.
  • Communicate with internal teams to schedule service visits and follow up with clients.
