Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company, your role will involve generating new business opportunities, managing relationships with B2B partners and clients, and expanding our network of sub-agents and educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential partners, sub-agents, and educational consultants through calls, visits, and networking. - Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional demands to identify growth opportunities. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents, educational institutions, and students. - Meetings & Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to pitch company services and partnership models. - Sales & Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and revenue goals. - Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing of partner and student cases. - Reporting: Maintain records, and prepare regular sales and visit reports for management review. Required Skills & Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English and regional language). - Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. Education & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in education or immigration consulting. In addition to a competitive salary with incentives and performance bonuses, you will receive travel allowance for field visits and client meetings.
