Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the IT industry.

As a BDE, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and online channels.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate IT services and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
• Keep up with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales in the IT domain.
• Good understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
