Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive whose primary responsibility will be to bring in new clients for our IT services, website development, and digital marketing solutions. This role will combine work-from-home flexibility with on-field client meetings to close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Actively generate leads and identify potential clients through online research, networking, and referrals. Approach, pitch, and convince businesses to partner with us for IT, website development, and digital marketing projects. Schedule and attend online & in-person meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Negotiate terms, finalize agreements, and close deals to achieve monthly targets. Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition (IT/Digital Marketing industry preferred). Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets. Comfortable with both remote work and local travel for meetings. Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, and digital marketing trends. Location: Remote + Local On-Field Visits Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)
