Business Development Executive (BDE)

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for forging new relationships and driving growth? SRV InfoTech seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our reach and connect with potential clients.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and research potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our software development services (web, mobile, custom software, etc.).
• Initiate contact with prospects through various channels including calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with our technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our capabilities and value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Master of Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role within the IT or software development industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and various IT solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A strong hunter mentality with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
