About Us

SK Diagnostic Center, Haripad,is a trusted diagnostic lab providing accurate and timely test results.We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to build doctor relationships, drive referrals, and support marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly to build and maintain referral relationships.

Promote diagnostic services and ensure consistent referral flow.

Achieve monthly targets for doctor tie-ups and business growth.

Suggest and support marketing initiatives (health camps, awareness programs, social media promotions, etc.).

Submit daily/weekly visit reports and performance updates.

Requirements

Education: BBA,MBA (marketing/healthcare) or graduates with experience in pharma/diagnostic sales

Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma Sales / Diagnostics Marketing / Hospital PR preferred.

Freshers (BBA/MBA or Science graduates with strong communication skills) may also apply.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Should have two-wheeler with valid license

candidates from trivandrum,alleppey,kollam,kottayam,pathanmthitta,ernakulam preffered more(others can also apply)

Compensation

Performance-Based Salary: Entirely linked to achievement of set targets.

Base Pay: ₹1,000 onwards (decided after target achievement and verbal agreement).

Earning Potential: Active performers can earn ₹20,000–30,000+ monthly.

Location: Haripad, Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹40,356.90 per month
