We’re a local diagnostic lab looking for a young, motivated digital marketer ready to build our brand from the ground up. If you love social media, know your way around Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google My Business, and can create simple posters on Canva, you might be the perfect fit. This role also requires field work as part of PR works.

What you’ll do:

Manage and promote our lab’s health check-up packages on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp

Create simple posters and reels using Canva

Optimize our Google My Business page and gather customer reviews

Occasionally visit nearby clinics and doctors to build relationships

Plan and execute local health campaigns and events

Track leads and help convert online interest into walk-in clients

Who you are:

Age between 18 and 29 years (freshers preferred)

Fluent in Malayalam and decent in English

Familiar with social media platforms and Canva (basic graphic design skills a plus)

Eager to learn, self-motivated, and target-driven

Willing to work full-time from our lab location

Special note:

This role will start as an incentive-based position for 1–2 months. If you meet set targets (like bringing in new clients and improving our online presence), you’ll be promoted to a fixed-salary full-time position.
