PROFILE SUMMARY We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. An ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. With expertise in lead generation, market research, sales negotiations, strategic partnerships to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals. The candidate must be updated with industry trends and provide customized solutions to fulfill client requirements. The individual should be a self-motivated team player that strives in dynamic environment and excels in delivering customer service to ensure business success. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY Generating leads through market research, cold calling and networking Offering suitable solutions and maintaining strong relations through client engagement Design & pitch proposals for potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales target Analyze market trends, competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders on new ideas for growing and securing new business opportunities Work closely with marketing, and designing team to ensure effective and efficient deliverables Record client feedback and maintain a customer database Track and report on business development activities, and sale results to the management SKILLS Articulate ideas clearly and effectively Strong ability to persuade and close deals Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office suite Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs ELIGIBILITY 1-3 years’ relevant experience Bachelors in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing/sales or related field WORKING DAYS & TIME Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) (Alternate Saturdays working) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
