Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting sales outreach through phone calls and various communication channels to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. Your role will involve negotiating contracts and finalizing deals with prospective clients, as well as addressing client inquiries in a professional and prompt manner. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and business capabilities. It will be part of your duties to compile regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. You will also analyze customer data and feedback to pinpoint areas for growth and enhancement. This is a full-time position which includes a yearly bonus. Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory for this role. The work location is in person, requiring your physical presence at the designated premises.,
