Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.Confident in handling calls, demos, and client meetings independently. • Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
Knowledge of CRM, lead generation tools, and email outreach is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities :

Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Handle the complete sales cycle — from initial client call to closing the deal.
Present and explain company services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Branding, Web Design, etc.) to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
Maintain CRM records, follow up consistently, and ensure conversion.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
