About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead sales growth in the Gold Loan segment for our reputed banking partners. This role demands energy, confidence, and a strong customer-first mindset. You will play a key part in expanding the customer base, building long-term relationships, and achieving business targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

Identify, connect, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients through field visits, calls, and referrals. Understand customer financial needs and offer tailored banking solutions.

  • Sales & Product Promotion:

Promote Gold Loans and related banking products including savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and credit cards. Drive sales to achieve branch revenue goals and explore cross-selling opportunities.

  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion:

Research and identify potential markets, generate qualified leads, and actively participate in promotional campaigns and local marketing activities to expand brand presence.

  • Customer Support & Onboarding:

Guide customers throughout the loan or account opening process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, onboarding, and post-sales support.

  • Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate daily records of leads, conversions, and field activities. Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the Branch Head or Business Development Head for planning and execution.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and customer requirements.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • Plus Two or Bachelor’s Degree (any stream).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales (mandatory).
