Business Development Executive (Architectural Services)

About the job:

Position Summary:

A Business Development Executive Architectural Services is responsible for company growth,revenue generation and expanding market presence within the Architectural Services sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and understanding their technical needs related to architectural services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –

  • The incumbent should have min. 2-4 years of proven track record of selling B2B services.
  • US or European region experience is an added advantage.
  • Architectural Services experience is a major plus.
  • Personal attributes.
  • Should have strong business acumen in the area of AEC industry.
  • Must be able to develop and execute sales plans with proper market intelligence and strategies for the US/ Europe Region / India.
  • Must be able to comprehensively map accounts identify and contact the right person and engage for further conversion.
  • A go-getter and result-oriented.
  • Should possess strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated with a proven track record of leading from the front and hand on sales experience.
  • Deep sales acumen with the ability to prospect, and qualify business deals
  • Knock to penetrate corporate accounts and sell services and projects in the highly competitive environment.
  • Willing to travel if required.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Generation of qualified leads through various sources.
  • Appointment setting with decision-makers of the organization.
  • Knowledge of CRM.
  • Cold calling, bulk emailing, social networking, etc.
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation.
  • Handling the initial level of calls with decision-makers.
  • No. of openings : 2
  • Experience: Min. 2 - 4 years.
  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate from any stream.
  • Salary: As per industry standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation.
