Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through field visits, social media, and digital channels.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and direct interactions.
  • Present company products/services to clients and explain their benefits.
  • Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Maintain customer records and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (freshers can apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and Tamil (other languages a plus).

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tambaram West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
