Job Title: Business Development Executive-Sales(Certification & Training)

Company: KBS Certification Services Pvt.Ltd.

Location: Faridabad

Openings: 10 positions

Salary Range: 20,000-35,000 per month(based on experience & performance)

Experience Required: 2-3 Years(Minimum)

Industry: Certification & Training

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell KBS Certification and training services to prospective clients.

Generate new business leads through cold calling,networking, and referrals.

Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Prepare and present proposals to clients.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth delivery of services.

Maintain proper sales reports and update CRM systems.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3years of sales experience(B2B/B2C)-Preferably in certification,training or related services.

Strong communication,negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM Usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
