Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, handling client interactions, conducting market research, and achieving monthly sales targets.

This is a field and telecalling-based role suitable for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and lead generation to identify potential clients.
• Present company products and services to prospective customers.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and visits to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and new lead sources.
• Conduct market study and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in English & Malayalam).
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for client visits.
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and marketing.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers are welcome)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
Additional Allowances: Travel allowance, mobile recharge, and performance incentives based on target achievement.
