The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for real estate sales. Responsibilities: Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Identify new sales opportunities and achieve monthly targets. Guide clients through the buying process and provide property details clearly. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and follow-up. Attend client meetings, site visits, and property exhibitions. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management. Requirements: Qualification: Any degree or equivalent. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle clients confidently and close sales deals. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
