Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job description About Us: Femcare Fertility is India's most trusted IVF chain, offering advanced fertility treatments under one roof at an affordable cost. We are expanding our presence in Kolkata and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities: · Doctor Visits: o Build and maintain relationships with doctors to increase referrals. o Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to promote Femcare Fertility’s services. · Market Survey: o Conduct field surveys to identify potential markets and understand patient demographics. o Analyze competition and provide insights for strategic planning. · Organizing CMEs (Continuing Medical Education): o Plan, organize, and execute CME events to educate healthcare professionals about our services and latest advancements. o Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure successful event execution. · Business Growth: o Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive patient volume. o Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, and the clinic. Requirements: · Education: Graduation in any field; preference for candidates with BSc or Bpharma. · Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. · Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Good networking abilities and a proactive attitude. o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. · Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
