Accountant (Kolkata Branch) (Male Candidate only) Job Description: Femcare Fertility, a leading IVF chain, is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts for our organization, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Revenue Management. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting. Research technical accounting issues for compliance. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues. Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial transactions. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
