Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our on-site team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through online platforms and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid on online projects through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals
• Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Identify and explore new revenue opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and documentation
• Write technical blogs and business-related content as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills, especially for proposals and blogs
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Good research and analytical abilities
• Basic understanding of IT/technical services is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
