Job Description

What you will do Hire agents: Find and recruit 5 agents in each city (total 25 agents for 5 cities). Lead the team: Guide, train and track 25 agents; run short morning/evening check-ins. Bring sales: Help agents meet monthly sales targets. Make customers active fast: Get new customers using the product within 48 hours. Keep them using it: Make sure customers stay active on Day-30. Collect payments on time: Aim for T+1 (next-day) collections. Use simple tools: Update leads and visits in the CRM; share a weekly report (Excel/Sheets is fine). Base salary + 10–20% incentive on your team’s monthly sales What we need 2–6 years in sales/BD/field work (agent/channel experience is a plus). Basic CRM and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Languages: Hindi + local language; basic English. Targets (monthly)Hiring: 5 agents per city (keep at least 80% active) Sales: Meet the micro-region target Activation: 70% new customers active in 48 hours Retention: 60% customers active on Day-30 Collections: 90% done by next day (T+1) CRM updates: 100% leads and visits logged Pay & Incentive Base salary (fixed) + 10–20% of team sales 10% if you hit most targets 15% if you hit full target 20% if you beat target and keep great CRM/collections
