Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking experinced enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our AICEE Project team. As a BDE, you will play a key role in promoting the AICEE initiative to students through direct interaction with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent AICEE in front of aspiring students and institutions.
• Visit coaching centers, schools, and colleges regularly to introduce and promote the AICEE program.
• Give presentations and seminars to groups of students and educators.
• Explain the benefits of the AICEE exam, scholarship opportunities, and the registration process.
• Build and maintain relationships with institution heads and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads and ensure student registrations for AICEE.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally outstation.
• Passion for education and student engagement.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Education background is a plus).
• Experience in sales, marketing, or student counseling preferred .
