Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business through online portals, writing proposals, client communication, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
-Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance platforms.-Prepare and submit high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.-Generate leads, negotiate, and close deals to achieve sales targets.-Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.-Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.-Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.-Maintain CRM/records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.

Requirements:
-1–2 years of experience in online bidding and lead generation.-Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, platforms.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).-Ability to draft proposals and negotiate with clients effectively.-Basic understanding of IT services, software development, web & mobile apps, digital marketing (preferred).-Goal-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
