Job Opening: Business Development Executive (Night Shift) Locations: Meerut – ₹15,000/month Agra – ₹15,000/month Bhubaneswar – ₹15,000/month Noida – ₹20,000/month Varanasi – ₹15,000/month Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Job Overview: We are hiring energetic and motivated Business Development Executives for our night shift operations across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to business growth through lead generation and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities via calls, emails, and online channels. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos with potential clients. Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on opportunities. Update CRM/database regularly with prospect and client details. Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets. Provide feedback to management based on client insights and market trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Comfortable working in a night shift (6:00 PM to 3:30 AM). Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
