Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can independently generate new business leads, meet clients, and drive sales growth. This is a target-based role ideal for ambitious individuals who love fieldwork and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home and commercial interior projects
• Visit potential clients, explain our services, and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow-up
• Coordinate with design and operations teams for project conversion
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Interiors/Real Estate)
• Own vehicle is mandatory (for client visits)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, self-driven, and result-oriented personality
• Basic understanding of interior design industry preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives (Performance-based)
