Job Description

Role : Business Development & Sales Manager – LED Display Solutions

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience : 1-3 years ( relevant experience or media sales preferred)

Compensation : 25k-35 k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with B2B prospects across East India in relevant industries.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand display requirements—both technical and aesthetic.
  • Offer tailored solutions using Pexora’s product range, in collaboration with technical teams from Xtreme Media.
  • Create compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, client consultation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sale coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to enable repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, reports, and pipeline tracking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
