Job Description

As a B2B Sales Representative at Plan My Venture, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Prospecting & Lead Generation** - Research and identify potential business clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and sales methodologies. - **Relationship Building** - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations. - Conduct regular check-ins, provide ongoing support, and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. - **Sales Process Management** - Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. - Prepare compelling proposals, deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and address client objections. - **Performance & Reporting** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM system. - Provide regular reporting to sales management on territory performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Experience with CRM software and sales tools. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities. In addition, experience in the finance industry is a plus, along with knowledge of consultative selling techniques and solution-based selling approaches.
