Job Description for Business Development Executive


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the air and train ambulance services, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and individual clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the air and train ambulance services.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, hospital administrators, and insurance companies.

• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in target-oriented environments.

• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Strategic thinkers with a deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

  • Discuss individual clients (patient) condition with their relatives and doctor.
  • Willing to gather the services core details for depth idea of your working.
  • Gather all the required element for the opretional team & discuss Patient condition with them for better service.



Skills and Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is often required. Relevant courses include business studies, economics, and accountancy will be a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including medical professionals, operations teams, and management.

Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.


Specific to Train and Air Ambulance Services


Understanding of Medical Transportation: Familiarity with medical transportation services, including air and train ambulance operations, is essential.

Knowledge of Regulations: Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to medical transportation services.

Emergency Response: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergency situations and prioritizing client needs.

Certifications: Certifications in medical transportation, emergency medical services, or a related field can be benificial.
