Job Description

Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new leads from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.

2. Client Relationship Management & Upselling

Manage and grow existing client accounts by upselling and cross-selling services.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.

3. Operations & Client Coordination

Serve as a bridge between clients and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address and resolve client queries and escalate issues when required.
Ensure timely completion of verification requests with proper communication.

4. Agreement & Documentation Processing

Handle client agreements, NDAs, and contract renewals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain proper records of all client agreements and documentation.

5. Training & Knowledge Sharing

Download client training sessions to the internal team for better understanding.
Conduct on boarding and refresher training for clients on verification processes and service offerings.

6. Marketing & Brand Awareness

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets.
Develop sales pitches and presentations for client meetings.
