About the Role

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for IT recruitment and staffing services.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other channels.
  
• Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
  
• Negotiate business terms and close client agreements.
  
• Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in

  business development, client acquisition, or sales within IT recruitment/staffing

  .
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and industry demands.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
