Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Manager – Mutual Fund Operations, located in Thane. The role involves overseeing daily mutual fund transaction operations via the MFU system and ensuring data integrity and timely processes. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and distributors, resolving operational bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and preparing reports for stakeholders. The Sr. Manager will also work on process improvement initiatives and support the rollout of new operational features on the MFU platform. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of mutual fund operations, transaction processing, and industry regulations. Proficiency in handling workflow management systems and experience with operational reporting. Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to resolve process issues and bottlenecks efficiently. Effective communication and coordination skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including AMCs, RTAs, and distributors. Adept at utilizing technology platforms and systems in mutual fund operations. Experience in process improvement, policy development, and implementing operational best practices. Post-graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
