About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in IT Recruitment and Client Acquisition . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth by bringing in new accounts within the IT staffing and recruitment domain. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients for IT recruitment and staffing services. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other channels. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Negotiate business terms and close client agreements. Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of potential clients. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, client acquisition, or sales within IT recruitment/staffing . Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, technologies, and industry demands. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
